I have an active Subscription but still saw ads when I clicked a link in search engine results to your website

Search engines, including Google, will often display their own cached copy of webpages instead of the live webpages themselves. This technology is called "AMP", and as the search engine itself is displaying the content and not us, we have no control over what happens on such webpages and are not able to disable ads there.

Visiting our websites directly, while logged in to an active Rocket Supporters Network Subscription and after having Activated that website, will guarantee no ads appear.

Does this Subscription include ad-free reading in your iPhone or Android apps as well?

At the present time the website ad-free reading subscription, and mobile app ad-free reading subscription, are entirely separate. Subscriptions created on one platform do not transfer over to the other(s).

We do plan to launch cross-platform subscriptions in the near future, and this website will be updated once the new cross-platform Subscription offering is available.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

1. Login to your account on this website
2. Click/tap the Manage Payments button on the My Subscriptions page to be redirected to Stripe, our payments management partner
3. Click/tap the Cancel Subscription button on Stripe's page and follow any instructions they provide
